Due to its high Ni and Cr content, SS 304 Plates has excellent resistance to corrosion. These SS 347 plates are offered in two type of the material in different grades, i.e. low carbon and high carbon content. These plates has a lesser carbide precipitation and localized corrosion, the low carbon version, grade plates, are excellent for welding uses. The pressure measurements of the modest thinner plates is higher. These plates is suitable the conditions for pressure vessel and elevated temperature application.
