Quality Policy
We strive to keep our skills and knowledge up to date in order to increase our organization’s efficiency and ensure the best quality of our products.
It is Jain Steel Corporation’s objective to offer and deliver goods to customers in a timely way that are reliable, cost-effective, attractive, and meet the demands of users – products that we can be proud of.
Each manager/supervisor is accountable for executing this policy in the area of activity for which he is responsible.
Specifically, it is Jain Steel Corporation's policy to:
- Every employee is responsible for promoting a culture of utilizing a process approach and risk-based thinking, as well as product and service quality standards.
- Set measurable quality goals and maintain a high level of quality awareness at all levels of the company, as well as promote individual initiative in attaining product quality.
- Ensure that our design, function, reliability, appearance, quantity, and delivery obligations are satisfied by thoroughly understanding client needs.
- Establish product quality from the beginning of the design process and maintain it throughout the manufacturing, stocking, and delivery of the product.
- Ensure that all applicable standards set by external authorities are followed.
- Respond to product quality and service complaints in a constructive and timely manner, ensuring that permanent and meaningful remedial action is implemented.
- Measure and improve quality performance on a continuous basis, and show relevant indications of this performance to employees.
When the values of this policy clash with the requirement for lower costs, higher savings, or the fulfilment of short-term expectations, we will choose product quality, performance, and reliability.
